At Elevate we offer a wide range of classes to uplift you and help you live a more balanced lifestyle. With our fully certified teachers we strive to see you improve and have fun while doing it. Open to all levels, we run a range of beginners – advanced classes. Our teachers work with you to modify lessons to your individual needs and make sure you feel safe.
For Adults we offer a range of levels in Aerial Arts classes such as Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoops and Antigravity Yoga, Yoga Classes such as Yin-Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga, Bounce and Pilates.
For kids we offer Gymnastics, Aerial Hoops, Aerial Silks and Antigravity Yoga to see your little ones fly.
