‭We will take a journey together into a deep relaxation with the help of sound and vibration ‬giving ourselves the space to relax and let go. Using ancient sacred instruments like Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Bells, Chimes, Voice and other percussive instruments. We will take a journey into a deeper understanding of self love and acceptance. A chance to reconnect with your Heart.

What do I need to bring to the floating sound bath?

Be sure to bring a bottle of water and your favourite Pillow. Please dress in something comfortable and warm. Come with an open mind and and leave with an open heart. You can bring extra blankets if you like but blankets will be provided.

WHat is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you  are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by  healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

What should I expect from a sound bath?

Our floating sound bath lasts for an hour and 30 minutes. Our sessions are led by a sound bath practitioner trained in how to use various instruments — gongs, chimes, tuning forks, singing bowls — to facilitate meditation, relaxation and, ultimately, healing

Be well hydrated and eat light before the sound bath and bring a water bottle with you. Ensure that you wear loose comfortable clothing for your session. 

What effects do hammocks have on the sound bath?

Due to their natural swaying motion, hammocks can help you relax, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress levels in the body. It doesn’t get much more relaxing than hanging midair in your hammock during a sound bath.
